If operators work in an environment where breathing air is used, it is essential to monitor the air regularly to ensure it complies with current COSHH regulations. Failure to comply could make companies liable to a fine or prosecution.

No matter what the quality air need, each Atlas Copco service centre is equipped to conduct quality air supply tests on customer's premises for the presence of carbon monoxide, oil and water. A testing programme can be carried out to suit the requirements of each individual site.

Leak Detection
On-site surveys are available to highlight leaks in the air net and give an accurate calculation of the costs they incur. In the course of a survey, a site's entire compressed air network is monitored. Any leaks found are marked and once repaired will lead to reduced energy consumption in the production of compressed air.
